It's adorable!
Critique: This is an amazing work of art with a great amount of effort put into it. The eyes and the ears stand out the most and with good reason. I am astonished by the detail and and shading gone into those ears. I can't keep my eyes from staring at those fine little hairs; you have used this technique well and wisely, it creates a wonderful effect.
The eyes are amazing. Their proportions are perfect, and I believe you have mastered shading within them very well, so well they look realistic, photo-like.
I also love how you used the eraser to create whiskers above the left eye.
Overall this is a marvelous drawing with good proportions, however it is suggested that improvements could be had around the back of the neck and around the nose and mouth. These areas need more attention to detail, like the detail that was used for the ears and eyes. This change would create more of a 'flow' for the artwork as whole, and draw greater attention from viewers.
