To begin, this is a very, very beautiful piece. It shows mastery of creating water (shines, waves, shadows of the water, etc), and mastery of texture in general. The colors are wonderful choices, especially for the main wave in the center. The color palette really looks like water; many times water is painted as just a solid blue, but the actual colour is blue-green, just as this portrays. One thing I would try to improve though is the transition of colors. I'm not sure if I'm explaining this clearly >.> But I mean that between the foreground and the background, that area in between the sky and the big wave doesn't look quite like it's ocean; to me it sort of looks like a swamp. The sky, however, looks very good in the transitions.

Overall, beautiful piece that only needs a few tweaks in my opinion.
