The colours here are quite lovely, and your gradient method with the black and blue (ie top part of the sky) is very lovely!

I like how you've kept the stars more present in the black sky, and less further to the light. well balanced. technique points+!
you've lost some technique points on areas such as the brush stroked can be seen in and around the top moon. I prefer the technique you used for in/around the moon on the lower half.

I'm abit nitpicky, but the reflection isn't mirroring the visible top half. there's an extra mountain peak there and some bonus lighting along the reflected peaks :P it's kind of distracting thus impact point loss..

the dynamics of the reflection is very real though. Something in the image curves abit, giving the illusion of the lake shore and the reflection following it. impact points+!

overall: it's a lovely picture with a well conveyed lighting source and enjoyable colour choices. Keep practicing, you're defiantly onto a good thing here.

This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of art - I love it! I think the colors are so vibrant and contrast very well. The reflection is beautiful too! The only constructive comment I would leave for this piece is the mountains in the reflection almost look like they are snow covered on the top while the opposite side are strictly black. Other than that this is great!
