Your conceptual design shows some promise, but try a little more texturization with the mountain. Check out some rock textures on real-life rock faces and try and implement them with the mountain and reflection. Another thing you might want to alter, I would suggest the appearance of lighting. It looks too harsh on the shadows and looks a little too out of place. Try to soften its appearance to make it blend in the area that much better. Keep on experimenting and checking out other examples to make it look better than before.
The mountains are lovely. The deep grey colours fits in nicely with the dark colours and I like their positioning in front of the planets. I also like the shaping of them and the way they are nicely jagged. Your use of shading and highlights to show the rocks overlapping each other is really nicely done.
I also like the grass and the way it curves away to the right, framing the water. It's nice that the light has picked out the spaces between individual blades, and I like that you've reflected this detail as well.
The water and reflection is really well done although some of the reflections of the mountains and the planets in particular don't quite match up - they're positioned in slightly the wrong place and some of the shapes aren't quite right. I like the way you've not included every detail in your reflections though and have made them nice and vague.
Lovely work, I'm going to check out some more of your gallery now!
I love the way this one looks. It truly looks like a water reflection rather than just you painting the same thing upside down. Absolutely fantastic job. ♥
